- Date of shutdown of generator (For Supply Installation)
- If you are cancelling your installation licence due to ceasing of operations or amalgamation of units, remember to close all your MSSL account(s) linked to your installation licence first. In such cases, you may need to submit the MSSL account closure slip(s) as supporting documents.
